About Us

We Believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of the Living God and that He died on the cross, rising again on the third day from the grave to save us from our sins and give us the hope of eternal life.

We Believe that true repentance involves a sincere desire to turn from anything that displeases God (sin) and live according to His word and His will. Repentance includes a change in heart, mind and every day life.

We Believe that through immersion, the blood of Jesus cleanses us from all our sins and unites us with his death, burial, and resurrection. By faith the gift of the Holy Spirit is then received as a guarantee of our home and eternal inheritance in heaven if we live a faithful life.

If you have any further questions about what we believe, we will be glad to talk with you about the Biltmore family and how you can have a relationship with God through Jesus Christ. If you seek prayer, encouragement, or if you desire help in strengthening your faith, please let us know how we can be of service to you.

What Will You See If You Come to Worship at Biltmore?

During our worship services, we seek to praise God through offered prayers, heart-felt songs of praise, studying God’s Word, and sharing in a communion meal together. Our communion, or Lord’s Supper, is commanded by Jesus (Luke 22:17-20) and celebrates His life, death, and resurrection. As believers baptized into the blood of Christ, we partake of this memorial each Sunday when we meet together following the example found in the Bible (Acts 20:7). Our time of monetary giving, which immediately follows the Lord’s Supper, is for members of the Biltmore church. As our honored guest, you are under no obligation to give. We ask only that you join us in praising and worshipping God. We pray you will see people much like you when you visit us. We hope you’ll find a group of people who are friendly and genuinely glad to get to know you. We desire to be a group of Christians seeking to imitate Christ, live His teaching, and share His love.

What's the Point?

Many people wonder... "Why go to church?" or "Why become what God wants me to be and minister for Him?" At Biltmore, we seek to give a simple answer. The Apostle Paul states, "But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us” (Romans 5:8). In our study and search to understand how God could love us so much that “He gave His one and only Son” (John 3:16), we now have a faith that motivates us to serve and work for Him. Nothing we could ever do will ever repay the debt owed to our heavenly Father for saving us from hell. But, because of the wonderful gift of Jesus Christ, and the salvation He brings, “we make it our goal to please Him…” (2 Corinthians 5:9). Defending his ministry for God, the Apostle Paul also wrote, “For Christ’s love compels us, because we are convinced that One died for all, and therefore all died. And He died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for Him who died for them and was raised again” (2 Corinthians 5:14,15). At Biltmore, we are compelled by Christ’s love to seek and serve the needs of all people. We desire to be a light in a dark world for all those we come in contact with and for our community. If we can help you, we hope you will let us know.
